Michael Gray earned his BA in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2002. After spending several years employed in the social work arena, he decided that life is too short to spend time doing things you aren’t passionate about. So Michael abandoned social work and decided to commit himself to doing what he loves. Michael is now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Although he’s only been on the training side of fitness for a few years, Michael has gained a strong reputation of helping people achieve their fitness goals. By being committed to constantly learning, exploring and playing with new and better ways to get strong and stay lean, Michael is always expanding his clients fitness tool box with more effective tools, as well as getting rid of ones that just don’t work.
In October of 2010 Michael launched his own company, Gray Fitness Systems LLC.
Through research, networking and studying, Michael’s clients can be assured that out of date and less effective means of healthy living have no place in his programming or routines.
Michael is a believer in corrective exercises, which combat strength imbalances, improve movement and posture patterns, and all around help his clients feel better, get stronger and stay lean.
Michael is the owner of Gray Fitness Systems.
